Refund and Exchange Policy

All of our products are carefully inspected for quality to ensure that we give our customers only the very best. 

Refunds or exchanges will only be granted for the following cases if submitted within 5 days from the merchandise’s delivery date. The first day of grace period starts from the day the products arrive to your home.

Goods received within 5 days are returnable or exchangeable if and only if :

- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence such as a photo is needed).

- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence such as a photo is needed).

Without a photo, there will be no replacement made. Returned defected products will be inspected thoroughly. Exchangeable or refundable policy will be voided if the products show any sign of used.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

3) Once we receive your ítem(s) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned ítem(s).

4) Your refund will be processed, and your funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-15 business days, depending on your bank. If you prefer an exchange the original shipping method will apply to the new merchandise.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. So we can guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds only occur if merchandise is not available and the customer does not want to replace with other merchandise.

Refund does not apply if the customer does not like the color, model or style that has been purchased. 

Refund does not apply if your package has been sent, but has not arrived within the period of time that has been determined by the shipping service.

Refund does not apply if the merchandise is not in accordance with your expectations.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
