How do I place an order?

 

After deciding the product(s), quantity, color(s) & shipping method,  simply click the “Buy It Now” Button that can be found at the bottom of each the product description then proceed to Check Out. If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Check Out.

 

Can I change my order?

 

Yes, we accept any changes to an order. Please note that if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

How can I cancel my order?

 

Please contact us via our E mail fancycolorlenses@gmail.com immediately, so that we may assist you.

Where can I find my Order ID number?

  • In your order confirmation email
  • In your shipping notification email

 

What if I receive contact lenses that are different from what I have ordered?

Please contact us immediately by E mail fancycolorlenses@gmail.com  with your name, order ID and the lens data which you have received.

Where are your items shipped from?

 

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Florida United States

 

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

If your order is placed before 14:00, we will usually dispatch your order on the same day,  orders received after 14:00 will be dispatched next day  .Please keep in mind the arrival of your package, your order will be delivered to your residence within 1 to 3 BUSINESS days.   We will inform you by email  with a tracking number  also when your products are expected to arrive. The expected shipping date is based on our experience and not guaranteed.

 

How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

 

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address with The tracking number.

 

How do I track my order?

 

Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you may use below links to track down your parcel:

I tracked down my order and the status says Return to Sender, what should I do?

 

In the event that the parcels were returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement.

 

What if a package is returned to fancy color lenses due to an address error?

  1. If you’ve tracked your package, and notice it has been returned, contact us. To prevent important alerts from going into your spam folder, please add fancycolorlenses@gmail.com to your “safe sender” list.

Note: Since we are not responsible for address errors on your part, we will charge a flat rate fee of $10.50 to resend a package. Be advised that we hold undeliverable items for 30 days (after order date). If we don’t hear from you within that time, your order will be cancelled.

 

The tracking site says Delivered but I haven’t received my order yet.

 

Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is customer’s responsibility to track down their orders.

 

Please contact  your local post office for further assistance.

 

We are not responsible for any stolen packages.

Is the product price for one pair or for one lens?The price given on the website is for one pair(2 bottle of lenses)

Do you have prescription lenses?

 

OUR LENSES are produced  for those who only want to change the color of their iris We do not have any prescription lenses for now .All our lenses comes with (0.00) power.

 

 

Can I wear color contact lenses if I have 20/20 vision?

For customers with 20/20 vision, we offer color contact lenses with a [0.00] power.

However the base curve (BC) is only available in one size. Therefore, please consult your eye care specialist if you:

  • Are trying contact lenses for the first time.
  • You have any allergies.
  • Do not know how to handle contact lenses.

Important: Please follow the instructions given to you by your eye care specialist. We are not liable for any complications caused by using contact lenses.

What are you lenses made from? Are they safe to wear?

The lenses are made from polymacon/ polyhema and water. The percentage of water content is usually 38% or 42%. Yes, circle lenses are generally safe and are approved by Korean FDA. But precaution is always needed.

 

Why some circle lenses comes in 48% water content while the other lens comes in 38%? Is there huge difference? 

 

The circle lenses comes in a different water content between 30%-50% water content. Some people able to used the lenses which have a low water content without having a trouble of dryness. In general, the higher the water content allows more oxygen to pass through the eyes for a better comfort wearing.

 Can I get different diameter from what is stated in the website?

No, You can only choose a diameter from what is stated on the website.

I have just received my lenses, but I noticed that the color is not the same as what I have been purchase before. What makes the lens color become darker or lighter than before?

We always restock our product when it happens to be out of stock. The new batch will not be the same as the previous one. This is due to a different batch of manufacturing. The design will remain the same but the color might be slightly different in a new batch.

Is there any prohibited substance used in the cosmetic product such as mercury or hydroquinone? 

Definitely NO. We always make sure all of the products will not contain any harm substance before we proceed to sells them. All brands are from Korea, Thailand and Japan all it is a well known brand.


What type of multipurpose solution should I use?

You can use all types of multipurpose solution to soaked your lenses. However, we advise you to refer the quality of the solution before choosing them

 

What if a contact lens is defective?

 

Defective lenses are rare, but if that happens, don’t throw them away. To exchange them, we may have to return it to the manufacturer. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for details.

 

Eye Examinations

Do I need to have my eyes examined before purchasing contact lenses?

Yes, contact lenses are medical devices and you must be examined by a certified eye care specialist before purchasing contact lenses. Additionally, you will need to follow the manufacturer's instructions and any guidance and instructions given to you by your eye care specialist.

 

Do I need to have my eyes examined periodically?

Yes, we recommend having your eyes checked periodically as directed by your eye care specialist.
